Why we exist

Good dads can still drift.

Work. Kids. Marriage. Money. Health. The house. The endless list.

Life gets busy, and without realising it, you start going through the motions.

You’re providing, but you’re distracted. You’re home, but work is still in your head. Conversations with your partner become about logistics. Your health slips down the list. You see your mates less. Another week disappears. Then another year.

Nothing is necessarily wrong. But deep down, you know you could be showing up better.

The Dads Circle exists to help good dads stop drifting and start living with intention.

A place to talk openly, learn from other dads, hold each other accountable and take action across the things that matter most: your family, relationships, health, career and finances.

You don't need to have it all figured out.

I started The Dads Circle because I realised I needed it myself.

Like a lot of dads, I was showing up, but not always really showing up. Life was busy. Work, family, responsibilities. Somewhere along the way, I'd started to drift.

I'd also lost touch with some of the friends I used to really talk to. I stopped investing in the relationships that kept me connected and grounded.

I didn't really notice it happening until I realised I was lonely. The hardest part wasn't the responsibilities themselves. It was feeling like I was carrying everything without having other dads to properly talk to.

That's why I started The Dads Circle.

I wanted to create the kind of community I was looking for, a place where dads can be honest, build genuine friendships, challenge each other and become more intentional about the things that matter most.

None of us have it all figured out. But we don't have to figure it out alone.
